WHITE HART LANE!! CHILDHOOD DREAMS COME TRUE!!

Tottenham Hotspur v Portsmouth, first match ever for both Steve and I, absolutely amazing. Dan, I hate to admit this, but due to Fulham's demise, I think I have permanently moved on to your beloved Spurs for my London based team.

6 rows up! Unbelievable!

HotSpur!

Crazy weather day, snow for 10 minutes, sunshine for 10 minutes.

Spurs celebrate after their second goal.

Steve celebrate the purchase of his sweet new Spurs pin with two sausage rolls. Delicious.

I may have been as excited about seeing some kid 2 sections over rocking a CINCINNATI hoody as I was watching my first Premiership match. That guy rocks!

Easter Weekend!!!!

Had a packed house this weekend just in time for the Bank Holidays. Steve, Lora Grady and myself took turns sitting on the World's Smallest Couch. We did some obligatory BS, a few Conjecture Tours and a lot of pub crawling.
Here is how it went down.

No it's not a doll house.

It really is that small, but amazingly folds out into a nice little bed.

Obligatory Big Ben,

Buckingham Palace…

what? Pubs are a obligatory element of English culture.

mmmmmyyyyyyyyeeeeeeellllllllllloooooooooooooooo

Chips anyone? I don't think I have had any for a couple of hours.

Gentleman… It's time. Chug -

St. Patty's Day, Dublin

I got an idea…
Go to Ireland for St. Patrick's Day. Makes sense? Only they care about St Patty about as much as I care about figure skating.
One thing is evident, the Irish don't care what day it is, they will drink Guinness and party, especially if there is rugby on.
I spent about 36 hours in Ireland and couldn't tell you anything about it. Here is how it went.

Full Irish…

Pub #1

Pub #2

Pub #3

Pub #6

Pub #7

Because of "Power Hour" my photo journalism skills fell a bit behind. No more pub front pictures.

TIME GENTLEMAN…TIME!!!

Steve stealthily enjoys our 300th Guinness.

The Irish finally come out to celebrate in Temple Bar

Steve and I with our good friend Oliver St. John Gogarty.

Steve decides it is time we celebrate properly.

Lora serenades Steve… bringing him to tears and causing him to crumble like a shell of a man.

More from the Amazing Alps!!

Mountains for miles. So much terrain to cover. It took us all 6 days to really cover the mountain with very little overlap.

View of the "Eye" in Tignes, hard to get to but worth the climb to drop-in from there.

Checking our reflection in Gary's new futuristic helmet!

Tignes, the neighboring mountain and village that shares the slopes with Val D'Isere.

Yours truly jumping from off-piste back to the groomers.

Don't be fooled, look closely in the rock formation, a great powder day to find natural jumps off-piste.

Thanks to skier and photographer extraordinaire Craig for staying on the runs and snapping us boarders as we broke off trail.

Great week with a good group of peeps. It was pleasure. Hope to see you all soon, Rhona , Craig, Sal, Gary and Jules!

LAVOMATIC

Colin and the boys back home secured a deal with Jean Robert to design tees for the new OTR restaurant.
The design was strong enough to have the restauranteur use it for his logo on menus and chef jackets.
Were hoping for the outside of the restaurant as well.
Check out the laundry inspired icons. Lavomatic is French for laundromat.

THE FLIPPIN ALPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SICK!!!!!!!!!!!

The clouds rolling in below 3,656 meter Grande Motte. The tallest point in the range and the freshest powder bowl to attack. An amazing site to see.

Great view of Val D'Isere from the chalet balcony.

Sunny and beautiful on day 1. The weather was pretty nice too!

The only thing better than boarding, is drinking after boarding. True Apres-Ski!!!!!

The boys at the top of some runs. Jules on the left, ME!!, Craig on skis and Sal stylin' in red!

Traversing and dropping in some fresh powder off piste (thats out of bounds for you non-euro yanks)!!! I hate mountain pics, you can never see the scale and pitch of the terrain. If you look really close you can see 2 specs of skiers in the distance. Maybe that will help you see how sick that bowl was. Well worth the 30 yard walk out.

Craig gets things started at Le Graal!!! Our friendly neighborhood club full of teenagers.

Le Signal for the afternoon break. Beers and spaghetti bolognese outside in the sun! Spag Bol as the Brit boys like to call it.

Full on Spag Bol and beer. Time to put up the bandana and go!

THIS BLOG IS BEING A PAIN, I GIVE UP FOR NOW, MORE TO COME FROM THE ALPS LATER!!!!!!!!
