Wembley!

England v USA!

I will leave it at this. It was just exciting to see a national team game at Wembley Stadium

Highlights, Beckham honored for his 100th Cap. Kelly Roland singing the National Anthem, the English sound guys ruining Kelly Roland's National Anthem and then playing the English Anthem crystal clear, and Onyewu hacking Rooney to death.

We were out classed and out performed by Englands first team but the US section was full and pretty loud. Go A MER I CA!!!!

Beaches? In England?

A great trip with the folks down to the Southwest of England. Enjoy!

Where it all started. A pretty impressive sight, I don't care what anyone says. These rocks are old, they're so old. How did they get there???

The Royal Crescent in Bath, a nice little spa town just west of London.

A "lovely" little bridge in a "lovely" little town.

Nice little castle and moat in the medievil town Wells.

Very cool little port town called Padstow. Good times on Saturday night.

Moms and Pops enjoying celebrity chef Rick Stien's Fish & Chips. Damn good fish & chips. Unfortunately our friend Rick seems to have bought up the whole town.

The coast, complete with beach and surfers.

Pops and I at Lands End. The furthest South and West that you can go in the UK.

The amazing coast at Lands End.

Mileage from Lands End. Helllloooooooo Brooklyn!

The lovely town of Looe. Funny… it doesn't look like a toilet.

Sorry about the bad British humor before. This is still in the Looe.

The rolling country side of Devon.

A few snaps from a rare and beautiful day in London!

Most of this was taking on the Tate to Tate Museum boat trip with the folks. They really lucked out the whole month with weather. Here is one of those days. No descriptions necessary!

Every man dies, not every man really lives.

Scotland!

Evening sun on Edinburgh Castle.

Shut up and eat your haggis! A Scottish tradition, I had to try it. Sheeps pluck - heart, liver and lungs mixed with some more edible things like onions and oatmeal. Surprisingly like goetta! Who new?

Edinburgh Castle. Old, very old. William Wallace and Robert the Bruce statues out front.

Me and some ruins of the Cathedral at Hollyrood House Palace. The Queens residence when she summers in Scotland. Must be nice.

Took a little hike to the top of the craig that over looks the city. Great little hike with an amazing view of the city and castle.

Photoshop CS3 is sweet. It automatically creates panoramic montages. Amazing. Damn I am a geek.

A night of drinking with Mom & Dad is always a good thing. The White Hart Pub (claims to be the oldest in Edinburgh) was the setting for some live acoustic covers of classics like Roger Miller's King of the Road. Long walk back to the hotel when they decided it was time to shut down. Good times.

Eilean Donan Castle near Loch Ness. Pretty sweet, but would have been sweeter if the tide was in.

Kilt Rock on the Isle of Skye. Looks kind of like a kilt and its in Scotland. Weird.

The harbor at Portree in Skye.

Fishing boats at the harbor in Oban back on the mainland in Scotland.

The harbor town of Oban.

Shaggy haired Highland Cows. Hippy freaks, get a hair cut.

George Square, Glasgow. A train back to London for me while Mom and Dad travel south through England and Wales before heading back to London.

Great trip, glad I was able to take a trip like that with the folks again. Just like when we were kids. Hope you enjoy the rest of yours Mom and Dad!!

Sand, Sunshine and Cocktails

Megan makes first contact at the ocean.

Sweet specs my dawg.

Delicious fruity beverage.

"Come to my club it's the whip, 2 free drinks and 2 free shots!"

Ahhh yeaahhhhh!! Soaking up the sun.

Mesopolamas dunes! Miles of nothing but blazing hot sand!

And you thought the sand was hot!

Mad dunes!

Gotta make it to the top!

Drop that beat!

Party time at discotec Ozono.

English, German, Portuguese, Spanish OZONO!!

More pics of dunes and Megan.

Can I offer you an ice cold Tropical on this toasty April day?

Beautiful lagoon at Playa de Amadores

Anyone for a refreshing dip in the lagoon?

Cruisin' down the street in my sweet Yaris!

View from the windy Pacific Highway like roads along coastal Gran Canaria.

We stop again along the curving mountain road. Megan's turn to drive, hold on!

Megan stands on a little taste of the miles of off road track conquered by that sweet Japanese machinery.

The Yaris couldn't quite cut it down the mountainous pass to Playa del Veneguera.

All for the best, as Megan stands on our rocky isolated oasis of Playa del Asno

Looks like I have had enough sun. Time to go.

Hope we can get out of here! "Where are we?"
